7L x Paradigm

“THERE’S LEVELS TO THIS GAME” – With our unwavering commitment to excellence, 7L continue to seamlessly fuse fashion with function and performance with style and continue to craft garments that are fit for purpose and defy conventional boundaries.  Each garment represents the essence of hand-crafted mastery, meticulously constructed from state-of-the-art materials that ensure durability, comfort and unparalleled protection against the elements. When founder and CEO Jamie Lundy wanted to create our new Layer 1 Technical Base Layer, it was always going to be something special and always going to be tested in the harshest of environments.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship® is the world's leading mixed martial arts organization. Over the past decade, with the help of state athletic commissions throughout the United States, UFC® has morphed itself from a spectacle into a highly respected sports organization. Major fights between world-renowned mixed martial arts superstars have become some of the most popular sporting events of the year, surpassing pay-per-view records previously held by boxing and professional wrestling. Sports fans have made their voices heard - they want reality when they watch sports, and UFC is clearly "AS REAL AS IT GETS!"

“What better place to test out our new Base Layer (Rash Guard) than the UFC!” Lundy smiles.

In 2022 Paradigm Sports, a sports management company in the United States of America serendipitously approached 7L about potentially sponsoring and supporting some of its clients who are professional athletes in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) the NFL, the NBA and Soccer (Football).

Lundy being a huge fan of the UFC saw this as a perfect opportunity to research and develop our Layer 1 performance layer and talks were held between Jamie Lundy and Paradigm’s CEO Audie Attar. Over the past 6 months 7L has built quite an impressive portfolio of brand ambassadors such as Ricardo Ramos, Jake Hadley, Yan Xiaonan and more recently, fighting this weekend, Paul Craig and Chris Duncan at UFC Fight Night London 2023.

Of course, there’s levels to this game in both what 7L and its newly recruited ambassadors do and in terms of commitment, performance and the relentless pursuit in being the best, they complement each other perfectly.

Currently 7L are testing their new Rash Guard with Paul Craig and early indications are its up there with everything else 7L do “It’s one of the best Rash guards I’ve used”.
