UK delivery
Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-3 days.
Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will take 1-3 days delivery.
Orders placed on a Friday evening or 11am on Saturday will take 1-3 days delivery.
Orders are subject to a £7.00 delivery fee for our Royal Mail or TNT FEDEX / DPD Service.

International delivery
Delivery to Europe is from £10 and £30 to the Rest of the World via TNT FEDEX Standard International Service.
All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service.
Our service does not include any customs charges incurred upon entry into your country. Any customs, duties or tax charges must be paid for by the customer and will not be covered by 7L.
Please note, during busy periods 7L are not responsible for any delays incurred by the courier.
Returns
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing the item(s) is in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that postal returns are securely packaged. 7L will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the postal or courier services.
The ‘Returns Forms’ must be filled out and sent back in the parcel. Failure to do so WILL result in delays with identifying and processing your refund.
